Orders placed by 2 PM Pacific ship the same day, which helps you stay inside TikTok Shop's shipping time requirements.
Do you support retail EDI?
Yes. Purchase orders, advance ship notices and invoices run through SPS Commerce, and we ship retail orders from the same inventory as your DTC orders.
Do you rate-shop shipping?
Yes. Every order is rate-shopped across carriers for the best price at the delivery speed you need.
What does fulfillment cost?
Pick and pack starts at $1.50 per order plus $0.35 per additional item, dropping as low as $0.50 per order at volume. There are no setup or platform fees.
How long does it take to connect my store?
We onboard brands within 24 to 48 hours, including connecting your store and setting up your inventory.
