How do you ship rewards to our backers?

Share your backer list and reward tiers with your account manager. We set up each tier as a kit SKU and ship every backer's order from your list, with tracking.

Can you handle different reward tiers and add-ons?

Yes. Each reward tier and add-on is set up as its own SKU, and every pick is barcode-scanned so backers get exactly what they pledged.

Do you integrate directly with Kickstarter?

We work from the backer list you export and share with us, not a direct connection to the crowdfunding platform. Once rewards ship, your Shopify store connects directly to ShipHero WMS.

We are an international brand. Can you ship our US backers?

Yes. Send your production run to our Los Angeles warehouse, close to the Ports of Los Angeles and Long Beach, and we ship your US backers from there.

How much does crowdfunding fulfillment cost?

Pick and pack starts at $1.50 per order plus $0.35 per additional item, dropping as low as $0.50 per order at volume. Bin storage is $0.25 per day, and there are no setup or platform fees.

Can you keep shipping our orders after the campaign?

Yes. After the backer run, we connect your Shopify store and ship ongoing orders from the same inventory, with same-day shipping on weekday orders placed by 2 PM Pacific.

Is there a contract?

No. Matrix is month-to-month with 30 days' notice and no order minimums.
