Yes. Every unit is received with its lot number and best-by date in ShipHero WMS, and orders are picked first-expired, first-out (FEFO) so the oldest-dated stock ships first.

Can you ship our wholesale orders to Erewhon?

Yes. Send us the purchase order and we pick, case-pack, label and ship it following the retailer's vendor and routing requirements, from the same inventory as your DTC orders.

Do you fulfill Faire and Airgoods orders?

Yes. Wholesale orders from Faire and Airgoods are packed and shipped from your Matrix inventory, so boutiques and independent grocers get their orders on time.

Do you support EDI?

Yes. Retail EDI runs through SPS Commerce, which handles purchase orders, advance ship notices and invoices while Matrix ships the physical orders.

How much does snack fulfillment cost?

Pick and pack starts at $1.50 per order plus $0.35 per additional item, dropping as low as $0.50 per order at volume. Pallet storage is $0.90 per day and receiving is $10 per pallet. There are no setup or platform fees.

How fast can we switch to Matrix?

We onboard snack brands within 24 to 48 hours: your channels are connected and your onboarding plan is set right away, and shipping starts as soon as your pallets are received with lots recorded.

Is there a contract or minimum?

No. Matrix is month-to-month with 30 days' notice and no order minimums.
