    A picker pulls each item from its bin and scans the barcode. If the scan doesn't match the order, it doesn't move forward.

    It Ships the Same Day

What is pick and pack fulfillment?

Pick and pack is the part of fulfillment where each order's items are pulled from storage, checked and packed for shipping. At Matrix, every item is barcode-scanned against the order in ShipHero WMS before it is packed.

How much does pick and pack cost?

Pick and pack is $1.50 per order, including the first item, plus $0.35 for each additional item. At volume it drops as low as $0.50 per order. Postage is billed separately.

How do you keep pick and pack accurate?

Every pick is barcode-scanned in ShipHero WMS, and an item that doesn't match the order can't move forward. That's how we hold 99.8% accuracy across more than one million orders.

What counts as an additional item?

The first item in each order is included in the $1.50 per order fee. Every item after that is $0.35, so a three-item order is $1.50 plus $0.70.

How fast are orders picked and shipped?

Orders placed by 2 PM Pacific on weekdays are picked, packed and shipped the same day from our Los Angeles warehouse.

Are there other fees besides pick and pack?

Storage is $0.25 per bin per day or $0.90 per pallet per day, receiving is $10 per pallet or $1.50 per mixed carton, and postage is separate. Setup and platform fees are $0.

Is there a minimum number of orders?

No. There are no order minimums, and brands shipping 50 to 50,000 orders a month use the same pricing structure.

Is there a contract?

No. Matrix is month-to-month with 30 days' notice and no order minimums.
