What is product launch fulfillment?

Product launch fulfillment is receiving new inventory, preparing for a spike in orders and shipping launch or drop orders quickly and correctly. Matrix does this from our Los Angeles warehouse, with every pick barcode-scanned.

Can you hold pre-orders and ship them all at once?

Yes. Pre-orders are held until your inventory is received and counted, then released together so early buyers ship first.

How do you help prevent overselling a drop?

Your inventory is tracked in ShipHero WMS and syncs to your connected store in real time, so available stock reflects what is actually on our shelves.

Can you pre-build launch kits or bundles?

Yes. Launch bundles and gift-with-purchase sets are built as their own SKUs before go-live, so they ship as a single pick.

How fast do launch orders ship?

Once inventory is counted, orders placed by 2 PM Pacific on weekdays ship the same day. We plan your launch volume with you ahead of time to keep that pace.

How much does launch fulfillment cost?

Pick and pack starts at $1.50 per order plus $0.35 per additional item, dropping as low as $0.50 per order at volume. Bin storage is $0.25 per day, and there are no setup or platform fees.

How soon before launch should we onboard?

We onboard brands within 24 to 48 hours. Your store is connected and your plan is set right away, and same-day shipping starts as soon as your inventory arrives and is counted.

Is there a contract?

No. Matrix is month-to-month with 30 days' notice and no order minimums.
