Each size and colorway is set up as its own SKU in ShipHero WMS, and every pick is barcode-scanned against the order. That's how we hold 99.8% order accuracy.

Do you work with TikTok Shop?

Pick and pack starts at $1.50 per order plus $0.35 per additional item, dropping as low as $0.50 per order at volume. Bin storage is $0.25 per day, and there are no setup or platform fees.

How do you handle returns for the wrong size?

Returns come back through Loop Returns or your own return forms. We inspect every unit for $2 per unit, restock sellable items and set aside and report damaged ones.

Is there a contract or order minimum?

No. Matrix is month-to-month with 30 days' notice and no order minimums.
