Switching 3PL Questions

How long does it take to switch 3PLs?

We onboard brands within 24 to 48 hours. Your store is connected and your plan is set right away, and same-day shipping starts as soon as your inventory arrives and is counted.

Will my orders stop shipping during the switch?

We plan the timing with you to keep any gap as small as possible. Your current 3PL can keep shipping until your inventory is received and counted at Matrix, then orders switch over.

How do we move inventory from our current 3PL?

Your current 3PL ships your inventory to our Los Angeles warehouse. We receive it, count every unit and put it away in ShipHero WMS. Receiving is $10 per pallet or $1.50 per mixed carton.

Do we have to change our Shopify setup?

No. We connect your existing Shopify or TikTok Shop store through ShipHero WMS. Your storefront, products and checkout stay the same.

Are there setup fees to switch?

No. Setup, onboarding and platform access are $0.

Can you handle our volume?

We work with brands shipping 50 orders a month and brands shipping 50,000, with the same process and pricing structure, and we plan peak seasons with you ahead of time.

How much does fulfillment cost after switching?

Pick and pack starts at $1.50 per order plus $0.35 per additional item, dropping as low as $0.50 per order at volume. Bin storage is $0.25 per day, and there are no setup or platform fees.
