How do you prepare for Black Friday and Cyber Monday?

Your account manager plans peak with you ahead of time. We review your sale dates, volume forecast and hero SKUs, schedule your inbound inventory and plan staffing so orders keep shipping the same day.

When should we send inventory for peak season?

Earlier is better. Inventory has to be received and counted before it can ship, so we schedule your inbound with you well before your sale starts.

Can you pre-build holiday gift sets?

Yes. Gift sets and bundles are built as their own SKUs ahead of peak, so they pick as a single item when orders come in.

Do orders still ship same day during peak?

Orders placed by 2 PM Pacific on weekdays ship the same day. Planning volume and staffing ahead with you is how we keep that cutoff during your busiest weeks.

How do we avoid overselling during a sale?
