How do you make sure the right size ships?

Every size and color variant has its own barcode. Our team scans each item at pick and pack in ShipHero WMS, which is how we keep 99.8% order accuracy across more than one million orders.

How do you handle clothing returns?

Returned items are inspected on arrival. Sellable units go back into your live inventory and damaged units are set aside and reported. Returns processing is $2 per unit.

Do you ship in poly mailers or boxes?

Either. Most tees, leggings and hoodies ship in poly mailers to keep postage low, and we can use your branded boxes and inserts for gift orders or premium items.

Can you handle a product drop or a viral TikTok spike?

Yes. Tell your account manager about drops and promotions ahead of time and we plan staffing for launch day. Shopify and TikTok Shop orders pull from one inventory so you don't oversell.

How much does apparel fulfillment cost?
