What services does Matrix Fulfillment offer?
Receiving, storage, pick and pack, kitting, PR and influencer kits, subscription boxes, samples, returns, and wholesale and retail order fulfillment.
How accurate is your pick and pack?
Every pick is barcode-scanned in ShipHero WMS, which is how we hold 99.8% order accuracy across more than one million orders.
Can you build kits and bundles?
Yes. Bundles, gift sets and promo kits are built as their own SKUs so they ship correctly from your store listings.
How do you handle returns?
Returns come back through Loop Returns or your own return process. Each unit is inspected, sellable units are restocked and damaged units are set aside and reported, for $2 per unit.
Can you help with a product launch or peak season?
Yes. Share the date and expected volume with your account manager, and we plan receiving, kitting and packing before the rush.
Do you ship same day?
Orders placed by 2 PM Pacific on weekdays ship the same day from our Los Angeles warehouse.
Are there setup fees?
No. Setup, onboarding and platform access are $0, and we work month-to-month with 30 days' notice.
