What is FEFO picking?

FEFO means first-expired, first-out. When you have more than one lot of a SKU, we pick the lot closest to expiration first so stock doesn't age out.

How do you pack serums, creams and SPF?

We pack liquids to the packing spec you set, using the boxes, inserts and protective materials you approve, and every pick is barcode-scanned before it ships.

Can you add samples and inserts?

Yes. We add samples, routine cards, inserts and gift notes to orders, and build regimen kits and bundles as their own SKUs.

How much does skincare fulfillment cost?

Pick and pack starts at $1.50 per order plus $0.35 per additional item, dropping as low as $0.50 per order at volume. Bin storage is $0.25 per day, and there are no setup or platform fees.

Can you ship skincare to retailers too?

Yes. We ship to retail and wholesale partners like Erewhon, Faire and Airgoods from the same inventory, with retail EDI through SPS Commerce.
