What is white-label fulfillment?

White-label fulfillment means a 3PL stores, packs and ships your orders using your branding, so customers see your brand and not the warehouse. Matrix ships white-label orders from Los Angeles in your boxes, with your inserts and packing slips.

Will customers know a 3PL shipped their order?

Orders go out in your packaging with your inserts and branded packing slips, and tracking comes through your store, so the experience is built around your brand.

Can you use our custom boxes and mailers?

Yes. Send us your branded boxes and mailers with your inventory. We store them, assign them to the right orders and track packaging stock alongside your products.

Can you add inserts, samples or gift notes?

Yes. Inserts, samples, discount cards and gift notes are added by the rules you set, such as every order, first orders only or orders with a gift message.

Do you charge extra for branded packaging?

There are no setup or platform fees. Your quote is itemized, so any packaging work beyond standard pick and pack is listed line by line before you start.

How much does white-label fulfillment cost?

Pick and pack starts at $1.50 per order plus $0.35 per additional item, dropping as low as $0.50 per order at volume. Bin storage is $0.25 per day, and there are no setup or platform fees.

How fast can we start?

We onboard brands within 24 to 48 hours. Your store is connected and your plan is set right away, and same-day shipping starts as soon as your inventory arrives and is counted.

Is there a contract?

No. Matrix is month-to-month with 30 days' notice and no order minimums.
