Yes. Pre-orders collected in Shopify ship once your books arrive at our Los Angeles warehouse and are received and counted.

How do you handle signed or special editions?

Each signed, special or first edition is set up as its own SKU, and every pick is barcode-scanned so the right copy ships.

Can you ship book bundles and series sets?

Yes. Bundles and series sets are built as their own SKUs, so they sell in Shopify like any product.

How do you keep postage down on heavy books?

We rate-shop every order across carriers to find the best option for each parcel. Postage is billed separately from fulfillment.

Can you ship to bookstores as well as readers?

Yes. Bookstore and retailer orders ship from the same inventory as your Shopify orders, including retail EDI through SPS Commerce.

What happens to returned books?

Returns come back through Loop Returns or your own forms. Each book is inspected for $2 per unit, sellable copies are restocked, and damaged ones are set aside and reported.

How much does Shopify book fulfillment cost?

Pick and pack starts at $1.50 per order plus $0.35 per additional item, dropping as low as $0.50 per order at volume. Bin storage is $0.25 per day, and there are no setup or platform fees.
