How do you prevent size mix-ups?

Every pick is barcode-scanned against the order in ShipHero WMS. If the size or style doesn't match, the order doesn't move forward. That's how we hold 99.8% accuracy across more than one million orders.

How do you handle swimwear returns?

Returns come back through Loop Returns or your own return forms. Every unit is inspected, sellable units are restocked, and damaged units are set aside and reported. Returns are $2 per unit inspected.
