How accurate is the cost calculator?

It uses our published rates, so it's a reliable starting point. Your itemized quote can come in lower, because pick and pack drops as low as $0.50 per order at volume.

What does the estimate leave out?

Postage, receiving and custom packaging aren't included because they depend on your products and carriers. Receiving is $10 per pallet or $1.50 per mixed carton, and your quote lists everything line by line.

How many storage bins will I need?

It depends on your product sizes and how much stock you keep on hand. Many brands start with one bin per SKU. We'll confirm the right setup in your quote.

Are there setup or platform fees?

No. Setup, onboarding and platform access are $0.

Is there a minimum order volume?

No. Matrix has no order minimums and works month-to-month with 30 days' notice.

How do I get my exact price?

Where is your warehouse?

Our warehouse is in Los Angeles, California, close to the Port of Long Beach. Orders in by 2 PM Pacific ship the same day.
