Subscription box fulfillment is storing your products, assembling each month's box, and shipping it to every subscriber on schedule. Matrix does this from our Los Angeles warehouse, with every pick barcode-scanned.

Do you build the boxes before ship date?

Yes. Each month's box is set up as its own kit SKU, and we assemble kits ahead of ship date so your run is ready to ship.

Can you pack inserts, cards and gift notes?

Yes. Welcome cards, product guides, gift notes and other inserts are packed to your spec in every box, along with your branded packaging.

How do you ship a whole subscription run?

We batch ship your subscription orders from Los Angeles once kits are built. Orders in by 2 PM Pacific on a weekday ship the same day, and tracking syncs back to your store.

What if the box contents change every month?

That is normal for subscription brands. Your account manager plans each month's contents, inserts and ship date with you, and we set up the new kit before the build starts.

How much does subscription box fulfillment cost?

Pick and pack starts at $1.50 per order plus $0.35 per additional item, dropping as low as $0.50 per order at volume. Bin storage is $0.25 per day, and there are no setup or platform fees.

Can you also ship one-off orders and add-ons?

Yes. Add-ons, gift boxes and single-product orders ship from the same inventory as your subscription boxes, so you don't need a second warehouse.

Is there a contract or order minimum?

No. Matrix is month-to-month with 30 days' notice and no order minimums.
