No. Matrix runs one warehouse, in Los Angeles. Phoenix brands store their inventory with us there and we ship orders to customers across the US.

What is the same-day cutoff in Phoenix time?

Weekday orders placed by 2 PM Pacific ship the same day. Arizona does not observe daylight saving, so that is 2 PM in Phoenix while California is on daylight time and 3 PM in Phoenix the rest of the year.

How does a Phoenix brand get inventory to Los Angeles?

Products made in Asia can ship straight to the Ports of Los Angeles and Long Beach, close to our warehouse. Stock already in Arizona can come over by truck along Interstate 10. Receiving is $10 per pallet or $1.50 per mixed carton.
