Is Matrix a Las Vegas 3PL?

No. Our only warehouse is in Los Angeles. Las Vegas brands keep their inventory with us there, and we pick, pack and ship orders nationwide.

What time do Las Vegas orders need to come in for same-day shipping?

By 2 PM on weekdays. Las Vegas and Los Angeles are both on Pacific time all year, so the cutoff is the same on your clock as ours.

How do we move inventory from Las Vegas to your warehouse?

Most brands send palletized stock by truck along Interstate 15 into Southern California. If your products are made overseas, ship them straight to the Ports of Los Angeles and Long Beach instead.

Can you ship to Nevada customers as well as the rest of the US?

Yes. We ship to customers anywhere in the US from Los Angeles and rate-shop each order across carriers to choose the best option for its destination.

Do you work with cosmetics and supplement brands?

Yes. Our facility is FDA-registered, and we track lots and expiration dates with FEFO picking for cosmetics, skincare and supplements.

What will fulfillment cost us?

Pick and pack runs $1.50 per order and $0.35 for each additional item, dropping to as low as $0.50 per order at volume. Pallet storage is $0.90 per pallet per day, there are no setup fees, and postage is billed separately.

Can you ship to retailers as well as online orders?

Yes. We ship to retail and wholesale partners such as Erewhon, Faire and Airgoods from the same inventory, and handle EDI through SPS Commerce.

Are there order minimums or long contracts?

Neither. Matrix is month-to-month with 30 days' notice, and the same pricing structure applies from 50 to 50,000 orders a month.
