Why Victoria Brands Choose Matrix

Four Reasons Victoria Brands Fulfill US Orders With Matrix

  1. 1

    Ship Like a US Brand

US customers get domestic delivery speed and tracking instead of an international parcel from Canada.

  2. 2

    Skip Customs on Every Order

The US suspended duty-free de minimis entry for low-value parcels in 2025. Import in bulk, then ship each order domestically.

  3. 3

    FDA-Registered Warehouse

Our Los Angeles facility is FDA registered and ready for cosmetics, supplement and food brands.

  4. 4

    Off the Island in Bulk

Instead of sending every US parcel off Vancouver Island, ship stock to Los Angeles once and fulfill domestically from there.

Your US Launch Plan

How Victoria Brands Launch in the US With Matrix

Getting Inventory to Los Angeles

Canadian brands usually send inventory by truck across the border or ship direct from their factory to Los Angeles.

  • Cross-border truck freight to Los Angeles
  • Factory-direct ocean freight from Asia
  • Every unit counted in ShipHero on arrival
  • Restocks planned with your account manager

Running US Orders From Victoria

Victoria and Los Angeles are both on Pacific time and change clocks on the same dates, so there is no time difference at all. The same-day cutoff is 2 PM for both of us.

  • Orders sync automatically from Shopify
  • Same-day shipping by 2 PM Pacific
  • Stock and orders visible in ShipHero 24/7
  • A US account manager on Pacific time

FAQ

US Fulfillment Questions From Victoria Brands

Still unsure? Call (310) 415-7759 and talk to the team that packs your orders.

How can a Victoria brand sell in the USA without its own US warehouse?

Most Victoria Shopify brands start by shipping US orders from home, but every parcel crosses customs, pays international postage and takes longer to arrive. With Matrix, you send inventory to our Los Angeles warehouse in bulk, and US orders ship domestically the same day when they're placed by 2 PM Pacific.

Why use a Los Angeles warehouse for US fulfillment?

Los Angeles puts your stock on the West Coast, where goods made in Asia land at the Ports of Los Angeles and Long Beach. Ship factory-direct to us and your US inventory never has to route through Canada.

Is there any time difference between Victoria and Los Angeles?

No. Both cities are on Pacific time all year, so orders placed by 2 PM your time ship the same weekday, and your team and ours work the same hours.

Can you fulfill US orders from my existing Shopify store?

Yes. We connect your Shopify store through ShipHero WMS, so US orders route to our Los Angeles warehouse automatically while you keep selling in Canada.

How do Victoria brands get inventory to Los Angeles?

Most send pallets by ferry and cross-border truck, or ship straight from their manufacturer to Los Angeles. Every unit is counted in ShipHero on arrival.

What does US fulfillment cost?

Pick and pack starts at $1.50 per order plus $0.35 per additional item, dropping as low as $0.50 per order at volume. Bin storage is $0.25 per day, there are no setup or platform fees, and everything is quoted in US dollars.

How fast can we start shipping US orders?

We onboard brands within 24 to 48 hours. Your store is connected right away, and same-day shipping starts as soon as your inventory arrives in Los Angeles and is counted.

Can Victoria skincare brands ship US orders from Los Angeles?

Yes. Matrix is an FDA-registered facility, and we track lots and expiration dates in ShipHero with FEFO picking, so the earliest-dated stock ships first. Branded boxes, inserts and gift sets are built to your spec.
