How do you pack fragile items?

We set protective packing rules with you for each fragile product, such as glass and ceramics, and every order is packed the same way. Every pick is also barcode-scanned against the order.

How much is pallet storage?

Pallet storage is $0.90 per pallet per day, and bin storage for smaller items is $0.25 per bin per day. Receiving is $10 per pallet or $1.50 per mixed carton.

Can you receive imported inventory from overseas?

Yes. Our Los Angeles warehouse is close to the Ports of Los Angeles and Long Beach. We receive and count your pallets and cartons and put them away in ShipHero WMS. Ask us about your shipment format when you request a quote.

Can you ship our wholesale orders?

Yes. We ship to retail and wholesale partners such as Faire and Airgoods, and handle retail EDI through SPS Commerce, from the same inventory as your DTC orders.

How much does home goods fulfillment cost?

Pick and pack starts at $1.50 per order plus $0.35 per additional item, dropping as low as $0.50 per order at volume. Bin storage is $0.25 per day, and there are no setup or platform fees.

How fast do orders ship?

Orders placed by 2 PM Pacific on weekdays ship the same day from our Los Angeles warehouse, with tracking sent back to your store.

Is there a contract or order minimum?

No. Matrix is month-to-month with 30 days' notice and no order minimums.
