Most Madrid Shopify brands start by shipping US orders from home, but every parcel crosses customs, pays international postage and takes longer to arrive. With Matrix, you send inventory to our Los Angeles warehouse in bulk, and US orders ship domestically the same day when they're placed by 2 PM Pacific.

If your products are made in Asia, they can ship from the factory to the Ports of Los Angeles and Long Beach without routing through Europe first. LA also puts you close to California, one of the biggest DTC markets in the US.

Madrid is normally 9 hours ahead of Los Angeles (8 hours for two to three weeks in March and about one week from late October to early November, when Europe and the US change clocks on different dates). Your morning is our late night, so most brands handle questions in their late afternoon, when our day starts. Orders placed by 2 PM Pacific on weekdays, usually 11 PM Madrid time, ship the same day.

Yes. Matrix is an FDA-registered facility, which matters for Spanish cosmetics, skincare, supplement and snack brands storing products in the US.

Pick and pack starts at $1.50 per order plus $0.35 per additional item, dropping as low as $0.50 per order at volume. Bin storage is $0.25 per day, there are no setup or platform fees, and everything is quoted in US dollars.

US customers send returns to our Los Angeles warehouse instead of Spain. We inspect each unit for $2, restock sellable items and set aside and report damaged ones, through Loop Returns or your own return forms.

Most send ocean freight for regular stock and air freight into LAX for urgent restocks, or ship straight from their manufacturer in Asia. We count every unit into ShipHero WMS when it arrives.
