Can you ship socks in mailers instead of boxes?

Yes. We pack orders in your branded mailers or boxes to the packing rules we set up with you. Postage is billed separately from fulfillment.

How do you avoid sending the wrong color or size?

Every pick is barcode-scanned against the order, so look-alike colors and sizes are caught before they ship. We hold 99.8% accuracy across more than one million orders.

How much does sock fulfillment cost?

Pick and pack starts at $1.50 per order plus $0.35 per additional item, dropping as low as $0.50 per order at volume. Bin storage is $0.25 per day, and there are no setup or platform fees.
