Yes. If you supply dust bags, tissue, inserts or care cards, we stock them with your inventory and pack them into each order following the rules we set with you during onboarding.

What kinds of accessories do you fulfill?

We fulfill handbags, hats, belts, wallets, card holders and other small leather goods and accessories for DTC and wholesale brands.

How do you keep colors and finishes from getting mixed up?

Every color, size and finish is set up as its own SKU with its own barcode, and every pick is scanned against the order. We hold 99.8% accuracy across more than one million orders.

Can you ship in our branded boxes?

Yes. We pack orders in your branded boxes with your inserts and gift notes, the same way on every order.

How do you handle returned bags?

Returns come back through Loop Returns or your own return forms. Every unit is inspected, sellable units are restocked, and damaged units are set aside and reported. Returns are $2 per unit inspected.

How much does accessories fulfillment cost?

Pick and pack starts at $1.50 per order plus $0.35 per additional item, dropping as low as $0.50 per order at volume. Bin storage is $0.25 per day, and there are no setup or platform fees.

Can you build gift sets?

Yes. Gift sets and bundles are built as their own SKUs, so a wallet and card holder set or a hat and scarf bundle ships as one item.

Is there a contract or order minimum?

No. Matrix is month-to-month with 30 days' notice and no order minimums.
